The seven-course dinner included shashlik (barbecue) of every variety - spiced ground meat, tender lamb chops, sturgeon fish (with pomegranate sauce), eggplant and peppers, bull, chicken - and several salads and herb plates on top of that. A great feast! We'll write more on Azerbaijani food in a couple of weeks...when we've got a regular internet connection again. Ciao! Audrey Hi Jen,
