I have visited Edinburgh and I think we should call it as City of Castles. I have visited Edinburgh Castle and Dirleton Castle, Tantallon castle and Linlithgow Palace are also great to visit. It will take you back to ancient era. I just love this panoramic view and I feel like I am again back in the castle.

@Elizabeth: The dog cemetery at the Edinburgh Castle was really touching. The first cemetery of its kind that we’d seen as well.

I was captivated by Edinburgh Castle and spent almost a whole day there. The large dog cemetery was the only one I have seen as part of a castle.
