This house fit almost all the requirements - close to the beach, pagoda in the northeast corner, large space on the eastern side that could have been a tennis court but was rebuilt with additions. Even with the architectural similarities, there were still too many structural differences in the roof that ruled it out. The construction workers got a good laugh out of us examining the house and the photo for a good 15 minutes.
