Dim Sum and Scallop Feast

The Xin Wang Cantonese Dim Sum restaurant in Xi'an has an interesting twist: it only serves dim sum between 9:30 PM and 2 AM.
It was worth the wait though - the dim sum was exceptional and possibly the best we'd tasted during our travels in northern China (and Thailand and Malaysia). Big chunks of shrimp, delicate flavorings and perfectly steamed.
Yes, we know...we must make our way to Guangdong and Hong Kong for REAL dim sum.
