A Break from Chinese Cuisine

Although Indian food has appeared regularly in our diets in Southeast Asia, it was a particularly welcome blessing for our taste buds after months of Central Asian followed by Chinese cuisine. We discovered a short Indian food menu hiding at a pizzeria in Xi'an. Fired up by an Indian chef, chicken and dal (lentils) never looked so good (well, maybe it did in Dushanbe after the Pamir Mountains). © www.uncorneredmarket.com A Break from Chinese Cuisine
