To take the chill away, we shared a bottle of Marpha Apple "Barndy" in Muktinath.
It took the chill away, but also anaesthetized our taste buds along the way. The real brandy from Marpha tasted much better and served as a perfect accompaniment to with fried spicy dried yak meat.
