Freshly grilled tofu accompanied by a spicy dipping sauce makes for a perfect light lunch or afternoon snack.
As a means of keeping count of tofu bites consumed, the woman running the grill places a corn kernel on the table for each piece that a customer removes from the grill. At the end of lunch, just count the corn kernels and pay up.
