Pumpkin and mutton manti (steamed Turkish dumplings) in the making at Intizar Restaurant in Kashgar, Xinjiang (China). Despite our best efforts to charade "no" to the meat and "yes" to the pumpkin, we still got a mixture. The pumpkin was worth picking out all the fat chunks.
