Our first foray into Peking (Beijing) Duck at Xiao Wang's Home Restaurant in the ChaoYang district of Beijing, China. The duck is supposedly less fatty than usual, but it still was pretty rich. The spring onions and cucumbers offer a light balance to the duck and sweet sauce.
