A stand at Clifton Days was selling bulldog kisses for a dollar to earn money for an organization that rescues abandoned bulldogs. As we learned from talking with the woman monitoring the kissing, bulldogs are often abandoned because their respiratory system proves to problematic for some owners. Quite sad, really. The bulldogs on offer for kisses were a handsome bunch, all dressed up for the day.

We adopted our bulldog Lilly from this great organization. They are a wonderful group of people who truly love bulldogs!
