Pho (Vietnamese Soup), Prague Style

This isn't Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. We frequented these markets to stock up on Thai curry pastes, fresh Thai basil and cilantro, and to get our fill of large bowls of pho. Dan became such a regular at one food shop that when he'd walk in, the woman would ask what he was cooking that day and would give advice on ingredients and recipes.
