Every 5 years there is a national Estonian Song and Dance Festival in Tallinn. Singing groups of all ages come from all over Estonia to participate. The number of participants and observers comes close to 10% of the country. Participants dress in the folk costume from their town, meaning that the stage is a sea of different colors and designs.
