Tiradito is a Peruvian dish similar to ceviche in that raw fish is "cooked" by lime juice, but is served without onions and the fish is thinly sliced and has ginger and a little aji (pepper). Delicous. Eaten at El Muelle restaruant in the Barranco neighborhood of Lima, Peru.
