Enjoying a Rich Plate of Aji de Langoustina - Mistura Gastronomy Festival in Lima, Peru

You can usually find aji de gallina (piece of chicken cooked in a sauce from yellow chilies), but at the Mistura food festival we found aji de langoustina at Trattoria dei Pratti. The result? Rich with subtle flavors.
