One of the restaurants at the Mistura Gastronomy Festival - El Rinconcito Arequipeno - specializes in food from the region around Arequipa, Peru. Rocoto relleno is one of those specialties - a hot pepper stuffed with diced beef, a tomato sauce, raisins, cheese and other spices. Quite delicious.
