Cao Lau, a Hoi An Specialty
Cao Lau is another dish that can only be made in Hoi An because the secret ingredient is water that comes from one special well in town. The dish is wonderful with thick rice noodles, roasted pork, fresh herbs, thin crispy croutons , all topped off with a rich soy sauce.
