Roti (a Malaysian crepe/flatbread) and curry restaurants in Krabi quickly became a favorite.
This young girl served up perfect roti throughout the day, using a preparation technique of flattening the dough, twirling it into a coil. After frying the dough, she pounded the result in a towel to remove the excess oil and separate it into crunchy, flaky pieces.
The sweet roti, doused in condensed milk, was divine.
