Mieng Kham is a northern Thai dish made up of beetel leaves and a variety of tasty fillings - toasted coconut, lime, chili peppers, peanuts, dried shrimp, onions and more. A lovely taste sensation in the mouth with all the varied tastes. Taken at Jungle Club on Koh Samui in Thailand.
