Preparing Sashlik

Known as mtsvadi in Georgian, sashlik is cuts of meat (this was pork) grilled on skewers with some salt or simple spices sprinkled on top. Very simple, but oh so good. ..Here, Lali teaches the boys how to properly prepare mtsvadi.
