During our three months in China we solidified our relationship with the Chinese dumpling - steamed or fried, vegetarian or meat - it didn't matter. We were always on the look out for the next dumpling experience. This photo set highlights some of our favorite dumpling experiences - from unlikely dim sum in Xi'an to transparent dumplings in Chengdu (Sichuan) to everything in between.
