Coconut pancake fritters make for a quick street-side breakfast snack on our way to connect with our tour group. Salty-sweet, they go down easy. Like anything good, no cholesterol is spared in their creation. Rolling ?? Hanoi

We saw these small dark rolled balls quite a lot on the streets of Hanoi, but we still don't know what they are at they looked a little too close to something we wouldn't want to eat....  

Grilled Bananas

To Dan's dismay, Audrey is not a fan of bananas unless they are in a pancake (roti), banana bread or stuffed in sticky rice. Grilled bananas are still on the 'maybe' list...smothering them in condensed milk would quickly vault them to the 'yes' list.
